Our full-time local team is the backbone of everything we do. With backgrounds ranging from tourism and education to community development and outdoor guiding, they bring deep expertise and create truly unique experiences for every traveler.
Beyond our core team, we hire seasonal program guides to lead trips year-round. We focus on hiring and training talented local guides first, then complement them with exceptional non-local guides who align with our mission.
Many of these guides return season after season, building insider expertise: knowing which roads flood in rainy season, where to find the best family-run restaurants, which trails and beaches locals treasure.
