Puerto Rico
We design cultural, educational, and adventure travel in Puerto Rico for educators, families, individuals, and travel partners. Welcome to la Isla del Encanto.

Puerto Rico at a glance
Puerto Rico is the smallest island of the Greater Antilles — 100 miles long and 35 miles wide — but it packs an outsized amount of history, culture, and landscape into that footprint. Old San Juan's 16th-century forts and cobblestone streets sit a short drive from El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System. The island's bioluminescent bays are among the brightest in the world. Puerto Rico's cultural identity fuses Taíno, African, and Spanish traditions, and boricuas are proud of it. But the island's relationship with the United States is complicated — a territory since 1898, with American citizenship since 1917 but no voting representation in Congress. That tension between resilience and inequity is part of what makes Puerto Rico a powerful place to learn, not just visit.
