How it works
From discovery to delivery, we're by your side
Discovery call
We start by understanding your travelers, program goals, timeline, and budget. Whether you're planning educational programs, family trips, or corporate retreats, we'll discuss what matters most to you and your clients. This conversation helps us determine if we're the right fit and gives you a clear sense of what's possible in each destination.
Proposal and refinement
Within 10-14 days, you'll receive a detailed proposal including lodging options, activities, meals, transportation, and pricing. This isn't a template — it's built specifically for your program. We'll refine the itinerary based on your feedback, adjusting until it matches your vision. Your program manager will work closely with you to ensure every detail supports your goals and brand promise.
Pre-travel support
Once the program is finalized, we provide pre-departure materials—packing lists, educational articles, community guides — to prepare travelers for the experience. We can join planning calls, host webinars, or conduct training sessions with your travelers or staff. We coordinate all logistics leading up to arrival, keeping you informed and addressing questions as they arise.
On-the-ground delivery
From the moment your group arrives, our local guides are with them 24/7. We handle all logistics — transportation, meals, activities, accommodations — while your program manager stays in communication with you throughout. Our year-round operations teams in Santo Domingo and San José are on call for any emergencies or last-minute adjustments. Your travelers experience seamless support; you get peace of mind.
Post-travel support
After the trip, we debrief with you to discuss what worked, what could improve, and how to enhance future programs. Your travelers receive our Community Impact Report detailing the service projects and local partnerships their group supported.

Where do you operate?
We provide destination management services in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, with year-round offices in San José and Santo Domingo.
What's included in your DMC services?
We provide complete arrival-to-departure management: transportation, accommodations, meals, activities, full-time local guides, 24/7 emergency support, pre-departure materials, and post-program impact reporting. We customize every itinerary to align with your program goals and traveler needs.
Can you operate under our brand name?
Yes. We offer both white-labeled and co-branded partnerships. When white-labeled, we work entirely behind the scenes — your brand is front and center with participants while our team manages all on-the-ground operations, logistics, and program delivery.
How much customization can you accommodate?
Completely custom programs are our specialty. We live and work in these communities year-round, so we know which roads wash out when it rains, which vendors deliver consistently, and which experiences will resonate with your specific travelers. What safety certifications and insurance do you maintain?
Our operations are fully licensed and insured in each country where we operate. We partner with Cornerstone Safety Group for risk management consulting and maintain comprehensive evacuation plans for every program. All staff undergo thorough background checks and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. Many of our staff also hold Wilderness First Aid or Wilderness Medicine certifications. We hire local staff, work almost exclusively with locally owned vendors, and ensure tourism dollars stay in the communities we visit. Every service project is part of a Community Impact Plan developed with local stakeholders. We track and report measurable outcomes (hours contributed, families impacted, infrastructure completed) so your travelers see the tangible results of their participation.
