Costa Rica

We design sustainable adventure travel in Costa Rica for educators, families, individuals, and travel partners. Pura Vida is more than a saying here.

Costa Rica at a glance

Costa Rica is known for the Pura Vida lifestyle. Its people are pioneers in ecotourism and environmental protection. Home to some of the most biodiverse land and sea on the planet, with lush rainforests, towering volcanoes and beaches on both the Caribbean and Pacific coasts. Costa Rica established its first shark sanctuary in the Golfo Dulce in 2018, protecting the scalloped hammerhead shark reproductive cycle, and has the largest primary forest on the American Pacific coastline. More than 25% of its territory is in protected areas, and the country generates nearly all of its electricity from renewable sources.
